Great Job!! I would definitely use LDI again for any future landscaping projects. We called several companies to come out and give quotes on building a 6’ retainer wall around our pool area to provide more deck space area, and Eric came out the next day, took measurements, showed us examples of the stone blocks that would be used, and provided us a very reasonable quote for the project. Not only was Eric helpful, but he was also very personable. He also had LDI’s project manager Joseph come out to provide ideas and costs for a wrap-around concrete pad and metal railing to finish the outdoor area off. Joseph’s work crew was exceptional, and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. LDI’s attention to detail and superior customer support is second to none! True professionals! LDI Landscape was able to completely transform our backyard. They installed an irrigation system, centipede sod, and a gorgeous paver patio. Billy was extremely responsive and provided a fair value for the work that was accomplished.

It's important to note that this was during the pandemic, where material supplies were short. We were very patient and Barry informed us promptly when material was in and work was going to be performed. All in all, we were very satisfied knowing the job was being done right and we, the customer, was being informed.

I would recommend LDI Landscape for anyone's future outdoor project. I for sure plan to keep them in mind for some other backyard projects down the road.

The person who came out to do the quote was perfectly on time, was very respectful, explained everything to a point I could understand, and even offered some discounts for combo projects.

The crew that came out to do the garden/rock work showed up exactly when scheduled even though it was decently raining (not lighting) did an absolutely fantastic job and even cleaned up some yard messes that I had not gotten to yet even though they didn’t have to. They even picked up every Little Rock including the few that fell in the grass while moving around the rocks. Definitely above and beyond my expectations.

The crew that came out to grind the stump showed up exactly when agreed upon and left a very clean low grinded stump exactly what I was hoping for. They cleaned up all the trimmings and definitely left it looking better than when they showed.

The office team kept me informed all the way through the process and worked around my schedule for everything. Very easy to contact and very respectful team.

Good customer service now a days is hard to come by but this group was extremely professional and had some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I will definitely be using them for any future landscaping jobs I have and highly recommend them.

The project manager kept us informed of the plan, the workers were polite and very knowledgeable about the process. The only downfall was the waiting because of the weather however when they got started the process was seamless. I recommend this crew for any small to large jobs... Outstanding
